BRAND AMBASSADOR SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

We recognize the important role our Brand Ambassadors (“You”) play in promoting the continued growth of Tactical Health LLC d/b/a Tactical Nutrition (“Company” or “Brand”) and its products. This policy is designed to protect both you and the Company, while ensuring that all promotional activity complies with current laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Any promotion of the Brand or Company products (“Products”) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), YouTube, or any other social media platform (“Post” or “Posts”) must follow the guidelines set forth below.


TRAINING REQUIREMENT

You may not make, or continue to make, any Posts related to the Company before completing all required compliance training provided by the Company. This may include training videos, written guides, or ambassador program onboarding sessions.


TRANSPARENCY AND DISCLOSURE

All Posts that feature, reference, or promote the Brand or Products must clearly disclose the promotional relationship, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines. Disclosures must be prominent and unavoidable — no user should have to expand a caption or click “more” to see it.

Acceptable Examples:

  • #Ad or #TacticalNutritionAmbassador at the beginning of a caption.

  • #Ad or #TacticalNutritionAmbassador at the end of a short caption, visible without expanding.

  • A visible, legible watermark on an image or video stating “Sponsored” or “Tactical Nutrition Ambassador.”

Unacceptable Examples:

  • Disclosure hidden among a block of hashtags.

  • Disclosure placed only after a very long caption where it is not immediately visible.

  • A barely visible or illegible watermark tucked into the corner of a video or photo.

  • Disclosures placed only in a bio, profile description, or a different post.


CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

To maintain compliance with federal regulations, ambassadors must avoid making unapproved product claims.

  • Posts may not include claims about Products affecting bodily functions (e.g., “This pre-workout builds muscle fast” or “These gummies boost your immune system”).

  • Posts may not state or imply that any Product can treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Posts must remain authentic, truthful, and experience-based.


RESPECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content you post must be your own original work or properly licensed, with credit to the creator where required.

  • Posts may not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights of the Company or any third party.

  • Company-provided logos, trademarks, and creative assets must not be altered without written approval.


GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • As an ambassador, you represent the Brand. Your content should be professional, respectful, and aligned with Company values.

  • Avoid profanity, hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or any content that could cast the Company in a negative light.

  • The Company reserves the right to request that you delete, edit, or correct any Post that violates these standards.


EFFECT OF VIOLATIONS

Strict compliance is required. The Company actively monitors ambassador activity across social media. Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Requests to remove or correct non-compliant content.

  • Withholding of commissions or benefits.

  • Suspension or immediate termination from the Brand Ambassador Program, at the Company’s sole discretion.
